《全美超模大赛》（America"s Next Top Model，简称ANTM）是近来最热的一套以模特选举为题材的真人秀节目。选手将从美国不同地方和阶层、年龄介于18至25岁的参赛者中选取，经过筛选后，她们将接受对行时装天桥、密集式体能训练、硬照拍摄和宣传技巧等各方面进行测试，并接受二十四小时的严密监察，每集均有几名固定或客席嘉宾评判参与评审工作；每周淘汰一名参赛者，适者生存，直到顺利进入最后阶段。众位参赛者将为竞得超模候选人的头衔而不断努力改造自己，为自己的模特生涯铺路。。有腳疾的阿忠（喜翔飾）執意開車去屏東，彥博（鄭有傑飾）無奈之下只好載阿忠前往，父子倆一路沉默不語，關係疏離而遙遠。途中車子突然故障，兩人因此再次回到媽媽的故鄉—苑裡小鎮。媽媽過世後父子倆鮮少回來，對小鎮的變化和很久不見的親戚， 兩人都非常陌生。眾人言談間，當年的事又再次被提起……。。Disarmingly realistic in its depiction of the realities of frontier life, Heartland is a strong antidote to the cliches of traditional Westerns. This semi-documentary slice of life is based on the diaries of Elmore Randall Stewart about her days on the Wyoming frontier in the early 20th century. It's a strongly feminist statement about a woman raising her small daughter alone and scrapping for a living by working for a shy Scottish rancher. Director Richard Pearce brings an endearing touch to a film that is helped greatly by the dazzling cinematography of Fred Murphy. Conchata Ferrell and Rip Torn star in this small film that substitutes veracity for a high-powered plot. Pearce worked as a cinematographer on Woodstock and other documentaries before making his directorial debut. Winner of the 1980 Berlin Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival。
