该片讲述的是一名在客服中心工作的聋哑人“京美”（秦基周饰）在午夜偶然遇到连环杀人魔“度植”（魏化儁饰）而展开的深夜追击战。。苏兹（Kerry Fox 饰）、泰特（Sally Stockwell 饰）等一伙极富冒险精神的年轻人决定驾船从新西兰前往斐济，享受他们惊险刺激的假期之旅。当船行驶在南太平洋中央时，海上突起大雾，所有通讯全部中断。正当他们焦急之时，一艘破旧的小渔船由远及近出现在他们面前。船上有一个奄奄一息的希腊人（John Rhys-Davies 饰），他自称知晓欺骗死神的方法，迄今为止已活了数个世纪。而如今大限临近，地狱三途河的摆渡人正摇橹前来，欲将其带往另一个世界。 年轻人虽然对他的说辞不甚相信，但从希腊人上船那一刻起，诡异之事便接连发生……。A unique opportunity to see, as never before, this series of spectacular paintings.
