北方某个小镇沙漠地带，沈天明和沈佳怡父女二人找到了失落国宝蓝幽碗，未曾想沈天明的学生迈克想将国宝占为己有，带着手下抢夺时，沈天明不幸遇难，神秘人出现救下沈佳怡，并带走国宝。从事白事行当的沙猩猩为娶二丫需准备巨额彩礼，沈佳怡为父办丧事与沙猩猩巧遇，未曾想钱包被偷无奈之下拿出价值十万块的吊坠，承诺沙猩猩帮她找到神秘人便给玉佩，通过沈佳怡描述，沙猩猩猜测神秘护宝人就是传说中的东北狠人。二人各怀心事，为心中所愿一同踏上了沙漠寻宝之旅……。Two places are in focus in this soap. First of all the hospital clinic run by Göran Fridell, a doctor who can not take advice from others, including his wife Ingrid, who also works at the hospital.
