缉毒警察林风（张子文饰）接连破获几起贩毒大案，并将矛头直指大运集团董事长周华（迟志强饰），奈何没有确凿证据。与此同时，周华派手下雷阳（左金珠饰）从境外毒枭桑尼（骆达华饰）手中购买一批新型毒品，企图流入本地市场。而令林风万万没想到的是，对方新的贩运方式竟然牵扯到了自己妹妹林雪儿（孙苏雅饰）身上！而曾经的初恋雷贝贝（曹菡饰）突然回国，貌似也与这宗毒品案有着干丝万缕的联系......在与毒贩较量的过程中，林风也经历着理智与情感的双重考验。黑夜褪去，英雄能否迎来最后的曙光？。It's October 1914 and the war is not going well. The Germans are smashing through Belgium and the allies are in retreat. Hazel Bellamy is on a committee with Lady Prudence Fairfax to find temporary homes for the 5000 or more Belgian refugees that have come to Britain.
