韩半岛6.1级地震之后，引发了位于釜山地区的1号原子能发电站爆炸，核电站陷入了危机。大规模强震引发的爆炸导致核电站出现裂缝，放射性物质泄漏事故发生。毫无预警的灾难，令韩半岛被混乱恐慌笼罩。就连一直坚信可以预警灾难的塔台也处于即将颠覆的状态。核能泄露的恐怖渐渐席卷而来，甚至还可能诱发第二次爆炸。核电站工作人员与居民、消防人员展开救灾行动，然而下一轮爆炸的威胁已经袭来。。The subtitle of Jean-Marie Straub and Danièle Huillet’s first feature, from 1965, “Only Violence Helps Where Violence Reigns,” suggests the fierce political program evoked by their rigorous aesthetic. The pretext of the film, set in Cologne, is Heinrich Böll’s novel “Billiards at Half Past Nine,” which they strip down to a handful of stark events and film with a confrontational angularity akin to Bartók’s music that adorns the soundtrack. The subtlest of cues accompany the story’s complex flashbacks. The middle-aged Robert Fähmel tells a young hotel bellhop of persecutions under the Third Reich| his elderly father, Heinrich, an architect famed for a local abbey, recalls the militarism of the First World War, when his wife, Johanna, incurred trouble for insulting the Kaiser. A third-generation Fähmel is considering architecture, just as the exiled brother of Robert’s late wife, returns, only to be met by their former torturer, now a West German official taking part in a celebratory parade of war veterans. Straub and Huillet make the layers of history live in the present tense, which they judge severely. The tamped-down acting and the spare, tense visual rhetoric suggest a state of moral crisis as well as the response—as much in style as in substance—that it demands.。阿孝（姜濤飾）、阿德（呂爵安飾）及張良（邱士縉飾）曾是街頭籃球場的常客，但因各自的原因暫時放下心愛的籃球活動。直到一次，全港首屈一指的大學籃球隊B隊來到社區掃場。以喪波（張繼聰飾）為首的街坊不甘籃球場被霸佔，於是向他們作出挑戰。三子臨場應喪波的邀請，聯同街坊們上演一場對抗賽。最終合三人之力和喪波的戰術，將籃球隊擊退，成功保住球場。戰勝過程更被放上網，一夜之間成為城中話題。 大學籃球隊A隊隊長鋒（陳卓賢飾）得知球隊慘被街坊擊敗，心有不甘帶同正選球員踩場一雪前恥。面對正統籃球隊的進攻，三子與喪波一敗塗地，兩邊為了面子立下誓約，6個星期後再決戰。 作為教練的喪波拉著三子特訓，並找來光仔（郭嘉駿飾）和豬潤（梁業飾）加入球隊。在喪波的帶領下，五人球隊挑戰全港各區街場，漸漸成為有組織的正規籃球隊。。
