讲述一个心术不正的私家医院主任，为了谋取额外利益，草菅人命，在病床及手术台上做手脚，把病情未致绝望的病人弄死之後，出售他们的器官予富有的买家。其後更加疯狂起来，将获知内情的其他医生和化验师杀害……。The film was written and directed by Stuart Urban, and commissioned to mark the tenth anniversary of the Falklands War. The film was closely based on the historical record, and all of the major incidents portrayed were drawn from contemporary accounts by those who took part. Filming took place on the Falkland Islands and at Ealing Studios. Urban is a fluent Spanish-speaker, and plays an uncredited role as the Argentine radio operator.。
